The Annual Professional Evaluation and Development Meeting is a key time in the year, allowing employees to go over their achievements over the past year with their line manager, to identify areas for improvement, to formalise training requirements, discuss future changes and discuss possible additional motivating responsibilities within our various subsidiaries, in line with your skills and justified ambitions.
